Terms & Conditions

A non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your event.
Once the display has been set up, under no circumstances can it be moved.
Photos/videos of the displays are taken upon set up, you will be liable for any damages, theft or loss of props while in your care and an invoice will be sent for either the repair or replacement of said item.
Children should always be supervised near displays and especially with balloons.
Please ensure there is a power supply near by to plug in. Our light up numbers must be kept away from water.
Once we have set your displays up, they are out of our possession and will become your responsibility.
Please be aware temperature does affect balloons. The heat makes balloons expand and oxidise, the cold makes balloons deflate.
Please keep sharpe objects away from balloons.
The props, this includes pampas, flowers, sign etc is for hire only. The only thing you make take is the balloons. If the balloons are left you are agreeing for them to be popped or regifted.
Please be aware by paying your 50% deposit this means you've agreed to the t&c's
If we are outsourcing to a third party for props, our terms and conditions still apply to recover cost for any damages or replacement of items.
